Build a scaffold around a reference
Preview a scaffold layout around a building or reference shape.
Set up the wrap
- Select one eligible reference, then choose Build Wrap Scaffold in the right panel.
- Review the reference in Top view and choose the available Wrap shape and Scaffold faces options.
- Set Target clear gap and the bay width preferences.
- Choose Bracing, Guardrails, Toeboards, Deck every lift, and Deck highest lift as needed.
- Wait for Preview up to date, inspect the layout, then choose Generate scaffold.
Options depend on the reference
For eligible hollow references, choose Outside, Inside, or Both sides and their widths. Wall sections offer a Wall access side.
Imported objects can offer a contour or rectangular envelope route. The contour follows the imported shape; the envelope surrounds its overall plan bounds.
Where offered, use Automatic ledgers to choose common sizes or all catalog sizes. Add inner console extension adds an extension toward the facade.
