Reposition a selection with the Modify tool, or drag out a copy.
Move the selection
Select the object, bay, or scaffold you want to move.
Choose Modify or press V. Keep Selection-driven enabled.
Drag the center circle to move across the ground plane.
Check the position preview and release to apply.
Hold Shift during a move to constrain its direction. If movement is unavailable from an exact side view, orbit slightly and try again.
For a reference insert, Command-drag an arrow to move along its world axis instead of resizing. Use a front, side, or 3D view to move vertically. A face shape stays on its attached face.
Drag out a copy
Select one scaffold or an eligible bay or component selection.
Hold Control as you start dragging the center circle.
Check that the status says Duplicate selection, then position the copy and release.
